What you can do to help part three – Sign the online petition. Here is the link
The Friends of the Lake District have already set up an online petition. It does not seem sensible to reinvent the wheel as the reasons they have given coincide well with ours. Please read the wording of the campaign entry.
You will need to give some very limited information to be allowed to sign the campaign petition.
The more people who sign the more notice will be taken. We will have to start small and grow gradually.
You can leave a comment such as showing support for the Offshore option, or expressing concern at the size and route of the pylons.
Following this you will receive an automatic email from the organizer in Friends of the Lake District with links to Facebook and Twitter, please action these if you are able.
We will be thinking how to organize a paper petition in the near future. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in this.
